01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1666bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1666bd website, mobile web platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and instant titles.

1666bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the platform. 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 1666bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual (natural person), not as a corporate entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 1666bd platform or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of 1666bd or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or self-identified as having, a gambling addiction at the time of registration. Players who have self-excluded from any gambling platform and are seeking to re-register during their exclusion period are not eligible.

2.1 Age Verification Process

1666bd employs a mandatory age and identity verification process conducted at the withdrawal stage for all accounts. Verification requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification confirming your date of birth. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or above will be suspended and the remaining balance returned via the original deposit method.

03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the 1666bd platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are strictly prohibited. If 1666bd identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (identified by shared NID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1666bd account credentials. 04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawals

• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during banking hours (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–16:00 BST).
• 1666bd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or an ongoing compliance investigation.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal operating hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the 1666bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Amounts shown in ৳ represent the exact value in Bangladeshi Taka that will be credited or debited from your account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

1666bd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The platform is not to be used as a vehicle for the movement, concealment, or laundering of funds derived from any criminal activity. 1666bd reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and to freeze or close accounts subject to AML investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1666bd offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the 1666bd platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that bet or game. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all 1666bd products are set out below.

6.1 Placing Bets

• All bets are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. 1666bd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly provided for in the applicable game or sport rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. Limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page.
• 1666bd reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any individual player in any single event, game session, or calendar day.

• A match must complete at least the minimum number of overs required by the governing cricket body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) for a result to stand. Incomplete matches below this threshold will result in void bets and returned stakes unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• Official scorecards published by the relevant governing body are the authoritative source of results for all cricket markets.
• In the event of a Super Over or other tie-breaking mechanism, the market rules published for that specific market will govern the outcome.

07 Responsible Gaming Obligations

08 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 1666bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Closure by 1666bd

1666bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Expiry of a self-exclusion nomination period with no request to reactivate.
• Any other reason that 1666bd reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination for breach of these Terms, 1666bd reserves the right to retain any bonus funds or winnings derived from breaching activity. Real-money balances (i.e., funds deposited by the player that are not subject to a bonus wagering requirement) will be returned via the original deposit method unless the account is subject to an active fraud or AML investigation, in which case funds may be held pending investigation outcome.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
